Carbon Steel to ISO Standard 606R/ Works Standard

In the past 50 years as more manufacturers have entered the market, Roller Chains have developed into two main categories. Chains that Conform to International renown Standards such ISO or Din or ANSI standards offering continuity in Quality and Specification with the added benefit of interchangeability across brands, and alternatively manufacture’s own Works Standard Chains which may have some dimensions and characteristics the same, but will have some variation from the ISO specification and are therefore not interchangeable.

The key to providing both Product reliability and Customer satisfaction is matching the correct Quality to suit the customers application requirements, hence the company stocks and supplies a combined range of Roller Chains from around the World so that it is independant of any one brand and therefore free to match the Best Quality to suit the application at the most Competitive price.

Connecting Links:-Sizes up to & inclusive of 1”Pitch(16B) are available in SPRING CLIP TYPE and for Size 1”Pitch(16B) & above would COTTERED or SPLIT PIN TYPE

Offset/Crank Link: Single pitch type all pitches, Double available on some sizes

Chain Breakers: 3/8″ to 3/4″ & 3/4″ to 1-1/4″ pitch Sizes

Attachments

Standard Types are:

  • Extended Plain Pins One side or Both. (These can be on every pin or at intervals along a supply length)
  • Extended Grooved Pin One side or Both (These can be on every pin or at intervals along a supply length)

Attachments Side Plates:

  • K1 Bent with One Fixing Hole on One side or Both.
  • K2 Bent with Two Fixing Holes on One side or Both.
  • M1 Vertically Straight with One Fixing
  • M2 Vertically Straight with Two Fxing Holes on One side or Both.

Tips

Interchangeability: Only Buy Chains that conform to the ISO606R/Din Std, as some manufacturers produce their own works std chains, which due to Pin & Plate Differences will not be interchangeable with other brands.
