For BS Std. Simplex Roller Chains to BS228/DIN 8187/ISO 606R

This Extensive Stock Range of Plate Wheels are to suit Roller Chains that confirm to BS228, Din 8187 and the ISO 606R Standards. The dimensions are too the Metric European series which have been commonly adopted throughout Europe and are in C40 Carbon Steel. With further Sizes and different design types being provided through a UK Manufacturing Service to provide a One Stop Service regardless of whether you require a one-off special, a prototype or small volume repeat business, and even cater for Large volume repeat business from competitive European manufactoring partners in Italy.

Alt. Shaft Fixing

As an alternative to either Boring & Keywaying a pilot bore sprocket or using a Taper bored sprocket and Bush. Why not take a look at the range of Locking Bushes we now offer, as they eliminate the need for fixing via a Keyway-Key thereby providing the added benefit of a uniform distribution of the drive load over the entire diameter of the bush.
