Description

These Roller Chain Couplings are designed around the ASA Series of chain and sprockets for increase load capacity and are available in 16 sizes that cater for shaft sizes from 12.0mm to 150.0mm with a torque capacity range from 150nm to 17800nm.

They will accept some deviation or misalignment of shafts, although in an ideal world this should be avoided. The stock range is available with a nominal pilot bore and can be re-machined to suit individual customer’s shaft sizes on quick lead times as required.

Alt. Shaft Fixing

As an alternative to either Boring & Keywaying a pilot bore hub or using a Taper bored hub and Bush. Why not take a look at the range of Locking Bushes we now offer, as they eliminate the need for fixing via a Keyway-Key thereby providing the added benefit of a uniform distribution of the drive load over the entire diameter of the bush.
