The VTP® Range (Ventilated Turbo Pulley) is a Range of High Grade Cast Iron Taper Bored Pulleys for Vee & Wedge belts, there Unique Design Features of Ventilated Grooves, Nodular Cast Iron & Tilting of the Spokes, CDP Coating and High Grade Cast Iron, which result in:

# Reducing of the working Temperature by up to 17° thereby increasing the Life of the Vee Belts. and making them ideal for use in High Ambient Temperatures!

# Reducing the weight by up to 50% providing a lower inertia value, easier assembly and smaller bearings can be considered

# Castings are Guaranteed and thereby reducing the risk of damage during transport & mounting

# Doubling of the peripheral Speed up to 100meter per second

# CDP Surface Coating ensures considerably improved Rust Protection and saves the environment at the same time.

This is a High End Product made in GGG50 providing an increased material Strength of 2.5x more than a conventional pulley along with High resistance to Wear enabling the VTP® Pulley to be ideally suitable for the most difficult working conditions.
