Double Worm Gear units (Increased Ratios Higher than 300:1): CH/CH03/04-04/07 Similar to the Bonfiglioli VF/VF30/44-44/86 Series

Description

For Higher than 300:1 gear ratio’s, then you should consider this series of Double Worm units each CH series worm unit is dimensional the same as the Bonfiglioli VF/VF & VF/W series and by using an additional bolt on kit it is possible to join the two worm units together to provide a multitude of gearing ratios and mounting positions. The series is almost dimensional identical to Bonfiglioli own Double worm series VF/VF & VF/W with only slight dimensional differences in the Adaptor Kit that couples the two units together.

Design Types:

• CH—P/CH type – 1st (CHP) Hollow Output Shaft Mounting with Pam Hollow Input Shaft & Motor Flange to 2nd (CH) Foot Mounting with Hollow Output.
• CHR—P/CH type – 1st (CHRP) Hollow Output Shaft Mounting with Single Solid Input Shaft to 2nd (CH)Foot Mounting with Hollow Output.
• CH—P/CH—P type – 1st (CHP) Hollow Output Shaft Mounting with Pam Hollow input Shaft & Motor Flange to 2nd (CHP) Hollow Output Shaft Mounting.
• CHR—P/CH–P type – 1st (CHRP) Hollow Output Shaft Mounting with Single Input Shaft to 2nd (CHP) Hollow Output Shaft Mounting.
