Cast Iron Worm Gear units CHM110-150 Dimensional the same as Motovario NRV/NMRV 110-150 series

Description

This Range of Cast Iron Worm Gear Units have the same dimensions of the Motovario NRV/NMRV 110-130-150 sizes and can be supplied with a Motor or as a Pam type with Hollow Input shaft and Motor Flange, and dimensional replaceable and therefore no need for redesign or drawing changes, but offering the following improved design features:

1. Gear casting is in Cast Iron and painted with RAL 9022 Aluminium colour epoxy power to protect against oxidation and any micro blowholes that may have been present during the Casting process.
2. As the Input Shaft seal is mounted within the casing then it is possible to fit a none IEC Motor Flange, therefore adaptable for none IEC DC & Brushless Motors.

Design Types:

• CHMR type – Foot Mounting with Solid Single Input Shaft.
• CHMRE type -Foot Mounting with Solid Double Input Shaft.
• CHM type – Foot Mounting with Pam Hollow Input Shaft & Motor Flange.
• CHME type – Foot Mounting with Pam Hollow Input Shaft & Motor Flange and Solid Input Shaft Extension.
