Description

These add on units have been design to be able to increase the overall gearing range of the CHM Design of Worm Gear Units that have the same dimensions of the Motorvario NMRV040- 130 series worm units by coupling a 3:1 ratio Pre-Stage Helical Spur unit CHPC similar to the PC-NMRVseries Motovario range although with some minor dimensional changes so as to provide a sealed modular unit which can be supplied complete with a Motor or as a Pam type with a Hollow Input shaft and motor flange.

Design Types:

  • CHM type – Foot Mounting with Pam Hollow Input Shaft & Motor Flange.
  • CHME type – Foot Mounting with Pam Hollow Input Shaft & Motor Flange and Solid Input Shaft Extension.

Tips

For these CHPC/CH units, the Torque is limited to the transmitting capacity of the Gearing not necessary relative to the Power of the motor fitted. Ask our Technical Sales for output torque ratings for these units. An alternative method of providing larger gearing ratios, is to couple two Worm units together. Please use the links below and look at the Series CHM/CHM (Motovario type) and CH/CH (Bonfiglioli Type).
