Description

Listed here is our current standard stock range of pilot bore Pulleys and Bars to suit HTD 3M pitch of Timing Belts.

The standard stock range of pulleys are available in 20 tooth sizes to suit 3 standard belt widths of 06 (6mm), 09 (9mm) and 15 (15mm) which should cater for the majority of power transmission drive applications. Although you can also generate a pulley for any alternative width or for a non-standard tooth size pulley by selecting a bar length from one of the range of 47 tooth sizes we offer.

Range of Sizes

Timing Pulleys: with boss one side

Material Pulleys: Aluminium 6082 T6 UNI 9006/4 with Flanges up to & including 44 tooth, without Flanges from 48 tooth & above.

Timing Bars:

Note: BARS
The Useable length is not necessary the total length of the bar, but the length which has the full tooth depth, for use as a pulley.

Alt. Shaft Fixing

As an alternative to either Boring & Keywaying a pilot bore sprocket or using a Taper bored sprocket and Bush. Why not take a look at the range of Locking Bushes we now offer, as they eliminate the need for fixing via a Keyway-Key thereby providing the added benefit of a uniform distribution of the drive load over the entire diameter of the bush.

Tips

Note: Only one pulley’ within a timing pulley drive needs to have Flanges to stop belt run off.
