The New POWERGRIP GT4 8MGT4 & 14MGT4 pitch Series of Synchronous Belts have been Engineered using the latest advanced technology and material science expertise to deliver the highest power carrying capacity of any belt in its class. Utilising all new advanced materials, Gates have designed a belt with increase chemical resistance and larger temperature range capability that delivers improved performance over a wide range of industrial application in the machine tool, paper and textile industries where durability and low maintenance are required.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS: Standard Widths of 20, 30, 50, 85 in 8MGT4 pitch, 40, 55, 85, 115, 170 in 14MGT4 pitch. Fully operational in a wide range of temperatures: -40°F to + 284°F(-40°C to +140°C) for intermittent use. Static conductive (ISO9563) and for conditions described in Directive 2014/34/EU-ATEX.

Being independent from any one Brand, allows the company to provide a considerably larger and more comprehensive range of sizes, coupled with the option of multi supply options, means it is not only able to offer Premium brands such as GATES, but also low cost alternatives to suit any individual customer’s own brand or cost preferences.
