Listed here is our current standard stock range of Taper Bored Pulleys to suit Poly Chain 8M 14M Belt sizes.

The Taper bored Pulley range for Poly Chain 8M Pitch sizes is more extensive than the pilot bore range and consists of 28 tooth size for 4 standard belt widths 12 (12mm), 21 (21mm), 36 (36mm) and 62 (62mm). Where as the Poly Chain 14M Pitch sizes comprise 24 tooth sizes with 5 standard belt widths 20 (20mm), 37 (37mm), 68 (68mm), 90 (90mm) and 125 (125mm). Although you can also generate a pulley for any alternative width by selecting a bar length from the range listed opposite.

Even if you can not find the Tooth size here or within its pilot bore and bar ranges, the company does also provide a full manufacturing service to cater for a requirements outside it’s Standard Stock Ranges.

Taper bored means that the pulley’s bore has been pre-machined to suit a size of Taper Bush, the corresponding bush is pre-machined (Bored & Keywayed) to suit either a Imperial or Metric shaft size, this allows mutli shaft fitting from the same pulley type.

Tips

Note: Only one pulley’ within a timing pulley drive needs to have Flanges to stop belt run off.
