Description

Listed here is our current standard stock range of Taper Bored Pulleys to suit the Classical L (3/8″) pitch of Timing Belts.

This Standard Stock range are available in 25 tooth sizes to suit 3 standard belt widths of 050 (1/2″), 075 (3/4″) and 100 (1″) which should cater for the majority of power transmission drive applications.

Looking for a Tooth Size not listed here. Why not Modify a pilot bore type to take a Taper Bush?

In addition to the Taper Bored Range listed here, the company also provide a modification service of any of its pilot bore pulley range to take a Taper bush (subject to pulley size and design type) Hence also check out our Pilot Bore Pulley & Bar ranges for any tooth size not listed here, use the links below to see our ranges.

Even if you can not find the Tooth size here or within its pilot bore and bar ranges, the company does also provide a full manufacturing service to cater for a requirement outside its Standard Stock Ranges.

Taper bored means that the pulley’s bore has been pre-machined to suit a size of Taper Bush, the corresponding bush is pre-machined (Bored & Keywayed) to suit either a Imperial or Metric shaft size, this allows mutli shaft fitting from the same pulley type.

Pulleys: Taper Bored (For Taper bush)

Material Pulleys: Steel C45E UNI EN 10083-1 with Flanges up to & including 48 tooth
Cast Iron EN-GJL-200 UNI EN 1561 without Flanges from 60 tooth & above.

A Full range of add on Plating Finishes is available :-

Tips

Note: Only one pulley’ within a timing pulley drive needs to have Flanges to stop belt run off.
