Description

Listed here is our current standard stock range of pilot bore Pulleys to suit the Classical H (1/2″) pitch of Timing Belts.

The standard stock range of pulleys are available in 43 tooth sizes to suit 5 standard belt width of 075 (3/4″), 100 (1″), 150 (1-1/2″), 200 (2″) and 300 (3″) which should cater for the majority of power transmission drive applications.

Range of Sizes

Timing Pulleys: with boss one side

Material Pulleys: Steel C45E UNI EN 10083-1 with Flanges up to & including 42 tooth Cast Iron EN-GJL-200 UNI EN 1561 with flanges from 43 to 48 tooth without Flanges 49 tooth & above.

Alt. Shaft Fixing

As an alternative to either Boring & Keywaying a pilot bore pulley or using a Taper bored pulley and Bush. Why not take a look at the range of Locking Bushes we now offer, as they eliminate the need for fixing via a Keyway-Key thereby providing the added benefit of a uniform distribution of the drive load over the entire diameter of the bush.

Tips

Note: Only one pulley’ within a timing pulley drive needs to have Flanges to stop belt run off.
