Description
1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, & 5.0, Mod with 1:1, 2:1, 3:1 & 4:1 Ratios Pilot Bore
This stock range of pilot bore Metric Pitch Straight Tooth Bevel Gears have a 20 Degree pressure angle are produced in accordance to the Italian UNI 6588/DIN 3967 standard and are available in eight Module Pitch sizes from 1.5 to 5.0 Mod in four ratio sizes and five tooth sizes in the 1:1 Ratio range.
They are design for general purpose applications within the power transmission drives industry to transmit motion through concurrent axles and are produced in C45 (Equ.to En8) which is suitable for Flame Hardening.

As an alternative to either Boring & Keywaying a pilot bore gear.
