Straight Side Plate to ANSI B 29.1 Std

These Chains are the same as its Standard Carbon relative, except the side plates are Straight not waisted and are commonly used for palletising in the conveying industry.

Bush Chain to ANSI 29.1 Std

Bush Chains are the same as the Standard Carbon series except they have no Roller and are commonly use as a inexpensive alternative for light duty lifting applications in place of leaf chains.

Self Lubricating Roller Chains to ANSI B 29.1 Std

Again derived from the Standard Carbon series except the Steel Bush has been replaced with a Oil impregnated Sintered bush, allowing the pin to be lubricated without the need for exterior application. Used where lubrication is not practical.

O Ring Chains to ANSI B 29.1 Std

O Ring Chains are ideal for industrial applications where maintenance free operation is desireable, such as argicutural machinery, food processing packing, textile, paper and material handling. It is bascially the same as the standard series except the pin length has been increased to allow for an O ring to be introduce between the inner and outer plates sealing the specially formulated grease to give 5 to 7 times the life of the standard carbon chain.

• All chains have been produced in plant that is Certified to ISO 9001.
• Chains covered by the ISO 606R Standard, will conform to this Standard of Specification and Quality.
• For chains not covered by ISO606R, then we have adopted the appropriate Din 8187 or Din 8188 or Ansi B 29.1 of Specification and Quality Standard.
• Work standard chains not covered by the above standards will conform to the appropriate Manufacturer’s Standard.
