For Roller Chains to ANSI B29.1-DIN8188-ISO6060R
This Standard Range of Plate Wheels are to suit Roller Chains that conform to ANSI B29.1, Din 8188 and the ISO 606R Standards. The dimensions are to the Metric European series which have been commonly adopted throughout Europe and are in C40 Carbon Steel. Further sizes and different design types being provided through the company’s UK Manufacturing Service enabling it to provide a One Stop Service regardless of whether you require a one-off special, a prototype or small volume repeat business, it can even cater for large volume repeat business from our competitive european manufacturing partners in Italy.

Alt. Shaft Fixing
As an alternative to either Boring & Keywaying a pilot bore sprocket or using a Taper bored sprocket and Bush. Why not take a look at the range of Locking Bushes we now offer, as they eliminate the need for fixing via a Keyway-Key thereby providing the added benefit of a uniform distribution of the drive load over the entire diameter of the bush.
