Listed here is our current standard stock range of pilot bore Pulleys and Bars to suit the Classical XL ( 1/5″) pitch of Timing Belts.

The standard stock range of pulleys are available in 48 tooth sizes in both Aluminium and Steel, and have been designed to drive the 037 (3/8″) wide belt as this is the most popular width of belt used for power transmission drive applications. (It is possible to use the 025 (1/4″) and 031 (5/16″) width belts on these pulleys). Although you can also generate a pulley for any alternative width or for a non-standard stock tooth size by selecting a bar length from the range of 37 tooth sizes we offer.

Timing Bars:

Material Bars: in Aluminium UNI 3571 TA16 & in Steel C40 UNI EN 10083-1

Timing Pulleys: with boss one side

Material Pulleys: in Aluminium 6082 T6 UNI 9006/4 & in Steel C45E UNI EN 10083-1 with Flanges up to & including 32 tooth. Note: The Useable length is not necessary the total length of the bar, but the length which has the full tooth depth, for use as a pulley.

Note: Only one pulley’ within a timing pulley drive needs to have Flanges to stop belt run off.
