Listed here is our Stock range of Module Pitch Straight Spur Racks with a Ground Finish. The range is produced in a high quality Carbon Steel Grade C45 E (Equ.to En8) which is suitable for Flame Hardening and is available in nine pitch sizes, with four section sizes in the 4.0 Module Pitch size, as this being the most popular pitch size.
We can also offer a Volume manufacturing Service via our main production Factory in Italy for any racks or gears to suit individual customers own requirements, please ask our Sales Dept for details.
4.0 Mod Rack for the Gate Industry!
Special for the Door Industry we also manufacture a 4.0 Mod – 30×12 Section Spur Rack for Automatic Gates which includes the Button Holes, these racks are for continuous mounting as shown below and are Zinc Plated and come with the screws, washers and bushes and are available in two lengths 1000mm & 2000mm.
