Originally the Companys UK Manufacturing Service had been developed to supplement its European Stock Range of Vee/Wedge Belt Pulleys and to service the UK demand for replacement pulleys to the RMA Standard 8V and the Classical D & E Sections, and finally pulleys to customer own individual design requirements.
However in the past five years since the introduction of the Pilot Bore range of European Standard Cast Iron Vee & Wedge Pulleys and the New Ranges of Poly Vee and Crowned Flat Belt Pulleys for Taper Bushes we have seen an increase in demand for pulleys of all types above its existing UK capacity of 1000mm in diameter.
In Response the company has increased it’s overall manufacturing capacity up to 2000mm diameter and up to 16 groove as Finished Bored and Keywayed and or Taper Bushed for shaft sizes up to and including 160mm via one of our European Manufacturing partners.
So needless to say we would welcome the opportunity to quote for any none stock pulley to any customers individual drawing requirements.
We can manufacture any type of Vee Belt Pulley to suit any of the following Sections of belts:-
- Classical Vee Belts: Z-A-B-C-D & E Sections to ISO4184-BS3790-DIN2215-RMA IP20.
- Material: Cast Iron – Mild Steel or Aluminium.
- Wedge Belts: SPZ-SPA-SPC-3V-5V-8V Sections to ISO4184-BS3790-DIN7753-RMA IP22
- Vee Belts: Polyflex & Polyflex JB 3M-5M-7M-11M Sections.
- Poly Vee Belts: H, J, PK, L & M Sections

Modifying a Stock Product as Lower Cost Alternative to Manufacture.
Alongside this manufacturing service, the company also provides a full Reworking Service of its own stock pulleys, and in some cases will offer you this as a lower cost alternative to manufacturing if it is felt that modifying a stock product would go a long way to achieving your design criteria.
