Right Angle High Efficiency Helical-Hypoid Gear units: CHO52/53 - 82/83 with the Same Footprint as the CHM/NMRV Motorvario & CH/W Bonfiglioli Worm Gear units

This range of Helical-Hypoid Geared
Units have been designed with the
Inverter drives market in mind, as
they have the same footprint &
centres of the lower efficiency Worm
units, so that the equivalent sized
worm unit can be replaced to provide
increased efficiency at a lower working
Temperature and with a larger gearing
range up to 300-1.This makes them
ideally suited for applications where
increased efficiency is required
without the need for expensive
re-design or drawing changes?
Currently there is four sizes in the
range, 0.12 to 4KW providing a Torque Range of 130-500NM and can be supplied with or without a Motor, the CHO52/53 having the same footprint as the CHM50 (NMRV50 Motovario), the CHO62/63 having the same as the CH06 (W63 Bonfiglioli), the CHO72/73 having the same as the CH07 (W75 Bonfigliloi) and finally rhe CHO82/83 having the same as the CH08 (W86 Bonfiglioli)

All CHO Series sizes are pre-filled with Mineral Lubricant to ISO VG220 -10C/+25C with enough oil for mounting position B3 all other position or with different Temperature ranges can be supplied upon request as extra oil will need to be added? This will be the customer responsibility unless requested at the time of order!
